1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
A return or refund request is only eligible if:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue (photo or video).
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind or incorrect purchase.
- Opened, used, or partially consumed nicotine products or e-vapes.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund:
- Email us at support@pouchcart.com with your order number and photo/video evidence of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions or process a replacement/refund.
Please do not return any products without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted for health and safety reasons.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Report it to us at support@pouchcart.com within 7 days of receipt.
- Include photos of the packaging and product for verification.
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
